Start with the operating system
Check the app’s listed platform and the publisher’s current requirements. A listing for Android does not automatically mean that every Android version or device is supported.
Look at available storage
Compare the available space on your device with the publisher’s installation information. A download size may not describe all the space an app eventually uses. Leave room for installation and any data the publisher says it needs.
Read the installation message
If installation fails, note the message shown by your device before trying again. Avoid repeatedly downloading from different mirrors. Use the publisher’s support information or your device’s help pages to understand the cause.
