Connect access to a feature
When an app requests access, think about which feature needs it. Read the explanation shown by the app and the device. Do not approve every request simply to get through the setup screens.
Find the permission controls
Android lets you review an app’s permissions in device settings. Menu names depend on the device and Android version. Use Google’s permission instructions when you need the current steps.
Adjust as you go
You can revisit the settings later. Removing access may disable a related feature. Check the publisher’s privacy and help information if you are unsure why a particular request appears.
